"I took a leap of faith when signing up for this retreat,(as I didn't know anyone) and am so happy I did! This was a beautiful oasis in the mountains, and a chance to be with a diverse group of women who also were interested in being away from their every day lives, and making space to enjoy nature and each other. Christina thoughtfully planned our stay including: a beautiful mountain home with pampering amenities, healthy and delicious meals, and snacks (lots of yummy snacks), a beautiful hike, sunrise yoga, and a personal development speaker/coach who challenged us to look at shifting our mindset to accomplish important goals and dreams. I loved having the space to connect with the wonderful women (some of whom came from other parts of the country) and the chance to be pampered and free from my day to day responsibilities. I highly recommend any of Christina's retreats!"
